Join us for a special family yoga session in Kraków's Zdrojowy Mateczny Park. This event has been created for preschool children and their parents - full of simple exercises, fun and shared activity. No experience is needed - all that matters is positive energy and spending quality time together.

We welcome children aged 2.5 to 6 and their carers

During the event:

  • we will get moving and spark the imagination,
  • we will focus on relaxation and mindfulness,

  • we will show children that movement can be great fun.
