About the facility
The kindergarten was built in 2015 and opened 1 September 2015.
Together with fulfilling the core curriculum we realise a proprietary English language teaching programme.
We apply the method of immersing children in the language. Each group has two teacher – Polish speaking and English speaking, so that the children have a constant contact with the foreign language. The language immersion guarantees the children’s natural bilingualism. We work on the basis of Leo English Method using custom designed educational materials.
We participate in an international cooperation programme. Through presenting the multiculturalism we try to show the diversity of the world around us.
We realise a social and emotional intelligence development programme that supports children in their pursue of self-reliance and also in acquiring personal skills and shaping competence. Moreover, we have specialised lessons such as speech or pedagogical therapy. Many different workshops for children and parents are organised – themed meetings with various specialists, kinaesthetic and plastic animations, sports competition, artistic meetings, commemorative meetings
The kindergarten’s interior is designed especially for the youngest. Colours of the rooms are adjusted to the age of the children. The windows at the height of children’s eyes provide a sense of safety and allow to observe the changes in nature. Plentiful of theme corners, containers, drawers boost pupils’ creativity during free themed activities, but also teach organising their own reality and a sense of aesthetics.
The kindergarten and nursery follow a macrobiotic diet and shapes health heating habits.

Sylwia Deluga — Headmaster
I have a Master’s degree in Elementary Education (preschool and early school. I am a graduate of post-diploma studies in Pedagogical Therapy and Education Management - education manager. I have 4 years of experience working with children - as an educator. Since 2019, I am the director of the kindergarten in Ostrów Mazowiecka. In my spare time, I love to travel and explore new places.
Katarzyna
I have higher education, specialization in preschool and early school education, as well as preshool and inclusive pedagogy. I have been working with children for 10 years, and for 4 years as a Polish-speaking teacher at Kids & Co. Sweet baking is my hobby. I am interested in nature and dance. I like to use my interests in working with children, it gives us a lot of joy and develops our skills.
Ewelina
I am an University graduate in psychology. I have also completed a professional course and training that entitles me to a work as an English teacher. I have been working 4 years in Kids&Co. kindergarten. The profession I do is my passion. I find great pleasure in discovering linguistic talents. I have ability to pass knowledge , thanks to this my children easily break the language barrier, which I consider as my success and motivation for further work. My interest are: music, literature and learning foreign languages.
Ilona
I graduated from the Department of Modern Language Studies, University of Warsaw in the field of philology with major in teaching English and Teacher- Training College with major in English. I have almost 5 years of experience working with children, including 3 years in KIDS&Co. kindergarden in Ostrów Mazowiecka. In my free time I like to travel and spend time with my family and friends. I am interested in sport and music.
Paula
I have been working in the nursery group for 2 years. Currently, I am in the second year of studies in the field of Early School and Pre-school Pedagogy. I also completed a course for a tutor in a nursery or kindergarten club. I had contact with children from an early age. First, they were children in my family, then my friends’ children, and finally I started working in this field and this is where I gain experience. Working with children gives me great satisfaction and gives me a lot of joy. Watching children progress is a wonderful experience. Children teach me how to cheer up in every little thing and teach me to look at the world differently. I like to see how children get to know the world, discover its secrets, look for answers to questions that bother them and learn independence and self-confidence. Privately, I do not have my own children, but I can boast that I am the aunt of seven wonderful children. I really enjoy spending my time with them. Besides, I like to lose myself in a good movie and hang out with my friends.
Emilia
I graduated from the Faculty of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw, majoring in English philology, specializing in translation. I also completed the Qualifying Pedagogical Course. In October I started post diploma studies in sensory processing. I have nearly ten years of experience working with children. Including almost five years in the KIDS & Co. kindergarten in Ostrów Mazowiecka. In my free time, I like to read books and look after my home garden. I believe that contact with nature gives great satisfaction and tranquility.
Paulina
I graduated from higher educational studies in the field of early school education integrated with early childhood education and logopedics. I have worked in KIDS&Co. in Ostrów Mazowiecka since 2018. Since October 2020, I have started postgraduate studies in the field of sensory processing. I really enjoy working with children. Imparting knowledge to my students and participating in their growth gives me joy and great satisfaction. I am interested in child developmental psychology, music and sport.
Ewelina
I am a graduate of master’s degree studies in preschool and early school education. I started my adventure with the KIDS&Co. kindergarten in Ostrów Mazowiecka this year. I like to work with children. It gives me a lot of joy and sense of satisfaction. I have contact with children from an early age. In the previous years it was a games with nephews, later help with looking after them. Now, in my free time I take care of them on my own. We spend time together on various types of games and activities that give children a lot of joy and have a positive impact on their development. My hobby is creating various types of art works and Christmas decorations. I like to use my hobbies in working with children.

I work in a nursery group. I study early childhood education in my fourth year. I completed a course on nursery caretaking. Before I started working at KIDS&Co. in Ostrów Mazowiecka, I had worked with children and I have 3 years of experience in that area. Working with children gives me pleasure and a lot of satisfaction. It is unbelievable that kids can immediately change a bad day into a good one. And that’s why I love this job. I think that a child’s smile can compensate for everything. In my free time, I love doing sports, listening to music, and spending time with my relatives.

I graduated from protective and educational pedagogy with pedagogical therapy. In KIDS&Co. for the first time I work in my profession, where I am a caretaker in a nursery group. While working with children in the nursery I use knowledge and experience which I gained raising two own children. I spend my free time with family and friends. I like watching movies and working in the garden.
Angelika
I am a student of early childhood education, additionally, I completed a course on nursery caretaking. I have two years of experience working with children. I started working in KIDS&Co. as a caretaker in a nursery group. Each day I start with a smile and positive energy. I love music and movement games as well as those which develop creative interaction with the children. My biggest reward is a smile on a child’s face. In my free time, I love spending time with my relatives and reading books.
