About the facility
Our kindergarten is a modern, spacious and cosy place for all children. Bright, large rooms have a separate space for learning and eating and also a extensive play zone.
The kindergarten is intended for children at ages from 2,5 to 6 who will develop their skills in a group, gain knowledge, grow emotionally and acquire social skills. The facility is open Monday to Friday between 7.30 am. and 5.30 pm. The meals include breakfast, two-course lunch and afternoon tea. Fresh meals are provided by a catering service specialised in food for children.
The kindergarten is unique in many terms. The proprietary educational programmes distinguish us. In our work with children we emphasise their harmonious development on all grounds: from language education though emotional, social, cognitive and motor development.
English education – as one of few we appreciate children’s natural abilities to quickly master a complex language system. Children are immersed in an English language environment. Our proprietary programme includes children’s daylong contact with foreign language and this causes them to acquire the language naturally – and after graduating they are ready to fluently communicate in English. There are two teachers in each group, Polish and English speaking, and the lessons are conducted in two ways. We put a particular emphasis on emotional intelligence, therefore, we teach on the basis of a social skills and emotional intelligence development programme. We support the development of soft skills such as: creativity, communicativeness, ability to work in a group, independent thinking, dealing with emotions. Additionally, we employ elements of Dalton Plan that collaborates really well with our aforementioned programme.
Our catering prepares meals on the basis of a macrobiotic cuisine – our goal is developing healthy eating habits and strengthening young organism’s immunity.

Małgorzata Pieczulska — Headmaster
It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye.” — Antoine De Saint-Exupéry. The words of the author of “The Little Prince” are an inspiration for me not only in my professional life, but also in my private life. I have been working in the education industry for 20 years. During this time, I had the opportunity to work with both adult “students” and children. It is an honor and joy to play a role in the development of children’s character and personality. In my work, I pay special attention to social relations. It is very important for me that children are able to function in society, so I try to support them in developing emotional and social intelligence. We teach children empathy, tolerance, trust in other people, but also self-esteem. Relationships with parents are equally important to me, because we strive for the best upbringing and education of our children. Privately, I am a mother of two girls with whom I love discovering the world and new cultures. I love traveling, good books and dancing.
Monika
I`m a Polish teacher and currently I`m working with 4-5 year olds. I love reading books and drinking aromatic coffee in my spare time. Whenever I have time I go hiking in the mountains and my goal is reaching successive peaks. I fulfil myself in kinesthetic and musical games with children.
Aleksandra
I have graduated from Teacher Training College in Opole with a Bachelor degree in English. At University of Lodz I have received my Masters in translation. I have also finished postgraduate studies in preschool education at AHE. I’ve been working with children for the past 12 years and I’m still amazed by their creativity, intelligence and curiosity. Personally I’m a huge fan of heavy music and good coffee. I love to spend my free time at concerts, reading crime fiction and savor coffee with friends. Currently I perform the duty of director`s deputy.
Kinga
I’m a graduate of English Studies. My adventure with teaching started three years ago. In that time I have worked with kids of different ages, but none brings me as much joy and satisfaction as kids in kindergartens. In my free time, I read a lot of books and test new recipes. Whenever I have few days off, I take a train and go to the mountains. Their magnitude and dangerousness together with calm and tranquillity help me relax and rest, when I come back I always have a fresh perspective for everyday issues.
Kinga
Hi! My name is Kinga and I am a preschool educator. The aim of my work is to arouse children's natural cognitive curiosity, passion and fascination through a variety of creative activities. All of this is contained in a form that is pleasant and attractive to them, and of course we are talking about FUN, which makes children even more engaged and thus assimilate more valuable information. During my life adventure, I have had the pleasure of being the Regional Coordinator of the Academy of the Future in Lodz, where I specialized in helping children overcome difficulties, as well as achieve their goals and dreams. I devote my free time to taking care of homeless animals in the shelter, organising collections, working with children in various projects, as well as organizing charity events. A huge part of my heart is filled with volunteering. I am very happy to be a part of the great KIDS&Co. Team! Every day I am filled with positive energy, which I want to pass on to you so that together we can create something fantastic for our kids!
