About the facility
A modern educational facility aiming at a child’s development in a broad sense. We strongly emphasise an individual approach in working with kids (key person – key groups method) and provide good education to children from 12 months of age until they go to school. We use innovative methods when working with the kids, especially taking their needs and potential into consideration. We teach bilingually applying language immersion method.
We employ qualified pre-school education teachers, English teachers, native speakers, specialists and extra-curricular activities instructors. Our employees are warm and friendly people who fulfil themselves at work. The kindergarten has a beautiful, well-equipped playground. Also we participate in “Kraków przyjazny alergikom” action – our playground meets requirements for kids that are allergic. Our catering realises healthy eating standards by serving children healthy and tasteful meals based on a macrobiotic diet principles.

Izabela
By education, I am a special pedagogue and pre-school education teacher with many years of work experience. I obtained the degree of professional promotion to contract teacher and completed a qualification course in education management at the Małopolska Teacher Training Center in Krakow. In addition, I am a hand therapist for children , adolescents and a second degree trainer of sensoplasty under the supervision of Izabela Stefańska. I systematically improve my workshop, broaden my knowledge of pedagogy, psychology and didactics to give children as much as possible. What I value in everyday work with children is honesty, creativity and the ability to enjoy small things. I spend my free time reading books on psychology and personal development. I love mountains, I love to discover new culinary tastes, travel to new, interesting places in Poland and I am interested in a healthy lifestyle. Privately, I am a wife and mother of a 4-year-old son, Igor.
Jia
My name is Jia. I am an experienced language teacher and have training in Pedagogy. I have worked in Chinese Language institute for 7 years and as a Chinese teacher in the university for 2 years, I have also worked as a Spanish translator for 2 years. In Poland I have worked with the British International School for 1 year. Now I’m happy working at Kids & Co. I love to be with kids and see them grow. I like to do art work, learn languages, listen to music, dance and travel to see the whole world.
Małgorzata
I am a mother of two wonderful, adult children and a grandma. I have years of experience of working with kids. I finished teaching courses such as: " Music and movement in education", "Motor-sensory child’s development", "Communication through games", "Toddlers development " as well as "Child adaptation in preschool and nursery". It widened my knowledge when it comes to children’s development. Working with kids gives me a lot of joy, a sense of fulfillment and supplies with positive energy. My passion is creating plush toys that children love to cuddle. I love to see their smiles and observe how much joy it gives them.
Shiva
I come from Iran. I have been working as an English teacher in Poland for the past 5 years, teaching children of different age groups. I love seeing them develop. They remind me of love, simplicity, forgiveness and the ability to be like a child. I believe all children have “the golden age”, especially the first 5 years of their lives, when they can more rapidly absorb knowledge and information than at any other time in their lives. Teachers are one of those who have the responsibility to help them get the most out of this time period. I have worked as a manager and executive director for more than 10 years. I was able to develop my creativity, teaching, humour and play that are so vital in the classroom. In my free time, I love to dance, listen to music and learn new things with my daughter.
Chaaru
I am from South India and I speak Tamil and English. I have been living in Poland for 5 years with my husband and 7 year old son. I have completed my Masters in Biotechnology and I have a post Graduation Diploma in Kindergarten and Nursery, Montessori and I was trained in combining modern practices with traditional methods. I started my journey with KIDS&Co. in June 2021 and I am happy witnessing our children’s developments both emotional and physical. I follow Montessori’s principle of “Freedom of learning and respect for the child”. As a mom, I believe that I can learn a lot also from my own son. In free time I enjoy cooking different cuisines and I love art and handmade crafts.
Ola
I am a graduate of the Pedagogical University with a specialization in music. I have been working with children for many years on various levels, as an animator of free games or as a teacher. Working with children gives me a lot of joy, fulfillment and fills me with positive energy. Every day I am a positive person, full of energy, which I try to transfer to working with children. I love to dance and sing, and I also play a guitar. In working with children, it is important for me to support their development, overcome the difficulties encountered and cooperate with parents on many levels.
Rene
My name is Rene. I come from Bolivia, I have lived in Krakow for five years. In my country, I worked in a foundation where I held various positions for twelve years. I have worked with children, adolescents and families with various problems such as addiction and violence. Together with my pupils, I had the opportunity to participate in various projects, and we even won several music and dance competitions. I love teaching, so it is with great pleasure that I organize Spanish lessons for little ones in Krakow. I consider myself a happy person. I like music and football. In my opinion, it is important to listen to others and be open to new experiences.
Justyna
I am a graduate of Protective and Educational Pedagogy and Special Pedagogy with several years of experience in working with young children. My previous experience includes volunteering with children with autism, working as a caregiver and director in a nursery, and currently a Special Teacher at KIDS&Co. I also gain part of my experience at home, raising my two children on a daily basis. When working with children, I focus on using their predispositions, but also on developing social skills. Privately, I like mountain trips, good cinema and good book.
Niharika
I am Niharika from New Delhi, India. I speak Hindi and English. I have completed my masters in political science and graduated in pedagogical studies from the University of Delhi. I have 7 years of teaching experience in International School. I am currently working with reception class and I like to make learning fun& interactive. I am dedicated educator supporting child’s education and development. Privately, I have been living in Kraków with my husband and 4 years old daughter from last one year. I like to cook different dishes, read books and listen music in my free time.
Sanjeevani
I am Sanju from Sri Lanka and I speak fluent Tamil, Sinhala and English. I have completed my graduation in political science and pedagogical studies from the University of Colombo. I have several years of teaching experience with children of younger age groups. I am living Kraków with my husband and two daughters. I like reading and exploring different cuisines in my free time.
Mateusz
I am a graduate of masters studies at the Krakow Academy of Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski in the field of preschool and early education pedagogy. I gained my experience while working with different age groups and during internships. In my work, I consider an individual approach to children is essential, I focus on developing basic life skills, e.g. independence, responsibility and cooperation. I am very eager to use innovative forms of classes, I use innovative methods in education, and participation in training is important for my personal satisfaction and development. Privately, I like skiing, trekking, and I am also interested in gardening, singing and music.
Violetta
My name is Violetta. I work at KIDS&Co. as a nursery caregiver. I gained experience in working with children while working as a teacher’s assistant in a kindergarten. I am constantly developing and expanding my knowledge and qualifications. Working with children brings me a lot of joy and fulfillment. I am a positive person, which influences positivity among kids. My passion is floristry, which I can also use when working with children by conducting floristry and art workshops for them. In my free time, I love watching nature films.

I’m a passionate and experienced childcare professional with a strong commitment to child development and well-being. My enthusiasm for working with children is fueled by my belief in creating safe, nurturing environments where they can thrive. With a background in developmental movement (Weronika Sherborn) and sensory play (Sensoplastyka), I’m equipped to provide stimulating and engaging experiences. As a mother of two teenagers, I bring a unique perspective and understanding to my role.
