About the facility
In our kindergarten we care about comprehensive and harmonic child’s development using the incredible receptiveness of our pupils’ minds in their first years of life. The realising of MEN core curriculum was complemented with a proprietary emotional intelligence and social competence development programme developed by experienced teachers together with child psychologists. We teach kids crucial competence such as critical thinking, recognising emotions, respect for others, cooperation.
Each group of children is cared for by two teachers – only Polish and only English speaking. The English speaking teachers use the bilingual programme (“Dwujęzyczny Świat Dziecka”) based on a remarkably effective language immersion method. It immerses the child in a foreign language while in the middle of many different activities. Thanks to this method the child acquires the foreign language in a practical and natural way on a native speaker level. The content of both Polish and English language curriculum interchange and due to this the children can discover the surrounding world in two languages.
In everyday work we also use parts of Dalton Plan that encourages children to act and engage in a creative effort. The teacher’s role is to organise activities in such a way that it will activate the children and push them to searching for solutions. We support the children in their own exploration of the surrounding world. We also teach them to be observant and we develop their ability to draw conclusions.
The interior of our kindergarten is modern and aesthetic, designed by architects awarded for these types of projects. The colours and accessories aid learning, concentration and create a sense of safety. In the rooms there are theme corners that meet children’s different needs, facilitate peer contact, socialise, develop manual and language skills. The furniture and the position of windows are adjusted to children’s height, what allows the children to be active in a free and safe manner.
We serve the children meals based on a macrobiotic diet principles because we care about healthy eating habits and strengthening the children’s immunity. This diet includes many vegetables, fruit (mainly seasonal) and different kinds of groats. It avoids sugar and salt.

I am an educator and a human psychologist by training. I have been working at KIDS&Co. for two years now. I started as a teacher in the oldest group of the Bears, then I became the coordinator of the Polish-speaking teachers, and now I have taken the position of the Director of the Kindergarten and Nursery. Working at KIDS&Co. gives me the opportunity to develop my management and leadership skills. As an educator, I approach my work with great passion and commitment. I am an organised, patient, responsible and creative person. I pay special attention to the development of the facility, the well-being of the children and the fruitful cooperation with parents.

Dear Parents! I completed my bachelor's degree at the Casimir the Great University in Bydgoszcz, majoring in Early Childhood Pedagogy with a Pedagogical Therapy module. I am currently finishing my master's degree in Pedagogy, specializing in Pedagogical Therapy with elements of sensory integration. Additionally, I often take part in various types of scientific conferences focused on the topic of pedagogy and pedagogical therapy. I completed the VCC course "English for kindergarten and school educators", which I can use when working with children. I started my adventure with educating children over 3 years ago. First, I was a subject teacher in a Montessori school. I developed my children's passion for computer science, technology and mathematics. Then I worked as a kindergarten teacher in age groups 5-6. I gained a lot of experience during my studies by actively participating in scientific club events and creating a space for discussions about upbringing and children. During my work, I have learned many different parenting methods and I try to take what is best for children from them. When working with children, I appreciate their honesty and good intentions. Dear Parents! I am a student of preschool and early school pedagogy at WSB Merito University. Additionally, I completed a nursery caregiver course, which gave me the qualifications to care for children in a nursery group. I am developing dynamically so that I can become a teacher in the future, and I am also developing in the field of closeness education, using this method in the everyday life of the group. I started working with children before my studies, and already then I realized that this was what I wanted to develop further. Observing the stages of children's development gives me great pleasure and fulfillment. As a teenager, I participated in numerous volunteer activities, including: I was a caretaker of a common room and a children's animator organizing games and activities for children. These experiences taught me a lot, I had the opportunity to work with children with unique needs, so I am not afraid of any challenges. In my free time, I love reading and practicing various sports, and I can use every free moment creatively. The greatest joy and motivation for action is observing the child's development, successes and progress. Dear Parents! My name is Babak and I am currently a student at WSB Merito University in Gdańsk. My first experience as a teacher was in the United States of America, which developed my understanding of child care and first steps of learning of kids. I had the opportunity to work as a professional educational consultant, an english speaker and book seller from 1 years old babies all the way to high schoolers during 3 years. I am so positive & creative person with an artistic soul and at the same time patient & responsible teacher. My hobbies are: running, listening to the music, writing poems, playing board games. My name is Aleksandra and I am delighted to join the KIDS&Co. team as an English-speaking Teacher in nursery group. For as long as I can remember I have been interested in the psycho-physical development of little ones. The company of children has always given me great joy. I believe that the opportunity for them to develop in an international environment is incredibly beneficial to all spheres of their development. That is why I decided to study pre-school and early childhood pedagogy at the University of Gdansk. The English language has been present in my life from an early age, and I was able to acquire practical knowledge of it, among other things, during a year's stay in the United States, which I spent babysitting. I gained practical knowledge in this area, among other things, during my year-long stay in the United States, which I spent caring for children. I am always full of energy, open and willing to play. I was born and raised in Spain, where I have spent my whole life gaining not only fluency in the language but also a deep understanding of Spanish culture. I started my first experience working with children in Spain as a Polish language teacher in a group of five-year-olds, so I am very familiar with how to introduce the youngest ones to the world of learning in a fun and creative atmosphere. Every day I give thanks for the gift of knowing an additional language and I enjoy passing on this passion to the little ones. I believe that learning a new language from an early age not only develops communication skills, but also opens the door for children to a wider understanding of the world and other cultures. My name is Natalia. I am a preschool and early childhood education teacher with several years of experience working with children. My career started as a babysitter and then I gained experience as a teacher and educator in educational facilities. My name is Julia. I am an English teacher and working with children is my greatest passion. I have been enjoying taking care of children since I was young - I started with tutoring and caring for the little ones, to later gain experience as an au pair in Greece or teaching robotics to children. I am currently studying pre-school and early childhood pedagogy at WSB Merito, which allows me to continuously develop my skills and knowledge in educating the youngest. My greatest joy is supporting children in their development and watching them discover the world in new ways every day. I strive to create a trusting atmosphere in which every child can feel comfortable and safe. My name is Julia, and I am an English teacher in the Tigers group. Working with children has always been my passion, so I have dedicated my professional path to education. I graduated from English philology with a specialization in teaching, and I gained experience as a teacher in a language school and as an English teacher in kindergartens. I also had the opportunity to be involved in the organization of semi-colonies and various events for children, which allowed me to understand their needs even better and develop my pedagogical skills. I lived in London as a child, which allowed me to fall in love with the English language. Working with children gives me great satisfaction — being able to observe their progress, joy of learning and rediscovering the world is the greatest motivation for me. Every day I try to create a warm, supportive atmosphere where children feel safe and at ease, and learning becomes a pleasure. My name is Agata and I am happy to join Owls as a Polish-speaking caretaker. I am currently studying preschool and early childhood pedagogy at Ateneum Academy. I have also completed a course for a nursery caregiver in the closeness stream. I was able to use the knowledge I gained in several facilities. In working with children, the most important thing for me is to follow their needs and emotions. It is very satisfying for me to observe the development of children and celebrate their successes. I am eager to deepen my knowledge of non-directive methods of working with children and NVC communication. In my free time I play tennis and engage in baking sweets.
