About the facility
On 12 February we opened our fourth facility in Łódź. FUZ‹JA seamlessly integrates into the city’s fabric and becomes a part of it. At the same time, it opens up to its surroundings, and it opens up to you. Entertainment, culture, good food, urban greenery, transportation, commerce. The life that the city centre offers is within arm’s reach. True to its nature as a real centre, it’s also close to train stations, universities, and shopping centres. Don’t ponder where to meet up with friends – Fuzja is the place to be! Nearby, you’ll find places to relax, shop, meet friends, watch a good movie, visit an interesting exhibition, take a walk with your dog, and spend time with your family.
The KIDS&Co. nursery and preschool are situated in an area of approximately 490 square meters, within four rooms – two for the nursery and two for the preschool, each with its own bathroom accessible directly from the room. On the premises of the investment, there is a public playground, which will be additionally fenced off to ensure the safety of our children. For parents’ convenience, public parking spaces are available around the buildings.

Karolina Krzyżańska — Headmaster
I started my adventure with KIDS&Co. six years ago. I worked as an English teacher in a nursery and kindergarten. As part of internal promotion, I took on the position of Director, and I am very proud of it. I graduated from a university with a degree in pedagogy. I love working with children. Good communication with the child and cooperation with parents are very important in my work. Privately, I am a mother of two children. I love spending time with my family, taking walks with my dog, and reading books.
Kamila Jackowska — Deputy Headmaster
I am a preschool teacher with a deep passion for working with children. Every day, I strive to nurture their development, creativity, and curiosity about the world. In my work, I combine warmth, patience, and dedication to create an environment where every child feels valued and safe. In my private life, I enjoy mountain hiking, which energizes me, and painting, which allows me to express my creativity. My mission is to inspire children and show them the beauty of the world.
Izabella
I discovered my passion for working with children as a teenager, being involved in a Cub Scouts group. I also led animations for children. I am a student of care and educational pedagogy. Working as a caregiver in a nursery brings me a lot of joy and satisfaction, as every day I help children explore the world, and seeing smiles on their faces is truly rewarding.
Adriana
I’m a Spanish teacher from Mexico City, passionate about helping young children discover the joys of learning a new language and exploring different cultures. With a background in graphic design and project management, I create fun, creative, and engaging lessons that spark curiosity and turn learning Spanish into an exciting adventure. I have a deep love for the arts, crafts, and cultural traditions of my homeland, and I’m excited to share these with my students. It’s a true joy to be in Poland, teaching Spanish, and watching young minds open up to the world through the power of language.
Małgorzata
Currently, I am studying at a university, specializing in preschool and early childhood education, where I am expanding my knowledge and passion for working with children. Over the past two years, I have gained valuable experience working in a nursery, which has allowed me to better understand the needs of young children and develop the skills necessary to create a supportive and safe environment. In my work with children, I focus on fostering a warm atmosphere, adopting a creative approach, and building relationships based on mutual respect. Every day, I find joy in supporting children in their development and exploration of the world.
Martyna
Working in a nursery is more than just a job for me, it is my passion and a way to share warmth and care with the youngest. Every day, I do my best to ensure that children feel safe and happy. Another important aspect I enjoy is helping them develop their first skills in a friendly atmosphere. After work, I love spending time in nature, especially on mountain hikes. In my free time, I enjoy reading books, both for relaxation and to expand my knowledge. I bring my interests and positive energy into my daily work with children.
Sofiia
I graduated from the University of English Philology with elements of neurodidactics. In my work, I see my daily mission as teaching children the most essential language in the world—English. Additionally, my knowledge in the field of neuroscience helps me adapt to the individual needs of each child, leading to excellent results in learning a foreign language. In my lessons, I use a variety of teaching methods, all united by three key principles: creating a pleasant and joyful atmosphere, prioritizing the children’s enjoyment of learning, and giving them the necessary time to assimilate the new language. I approach each child with love and understanding, always ready to help and support them. Outside of work, I continue to grow professionally by reading extensively on child psychology and exploring literature that inspires new creative ideas for my teaching.
