We want you to experience the highest quality of care and education we offer at KIDS&Co. kindergartens. During your child’s first month of settling in, you’ll pay just 1 PLN. The contract must begin no later than the end of March 2025.

Lower your childcare fees and receive a monthly subsidy of 1500 PLN towards your nursery agreement. You can benefit from this support throughout the year.

About the facility
A new branch of the facility at ul. Domaniewska 48 street is now open! There are 3 large and modern rooms for children, each with access to its own bathroom.
The interiors are very modern and aesthetic, designed by architects awarded many times for this type of projects. Colors and accessories are conducive to learning, concentration and create a sense of security. There are themed corners in the rooms that meet the various needs of children. They facilitate contacts with peers and socialize, develop manual and language skills. The furniture and the height of the windows are adapted to the height of children, which allows them to freely and safely act.
There is a place for trolleys forparents.
We invite you to individual meetings with the director or open days. This is an opportunity to get to know our teaching offer, ask bothering questions and see the kindergarten.

Jolanta Rodak — Headmaster
Guided by the wisdom of Dr Korczak: “A child cannot think ‘like an adult’ but can reflect in a childish way on serious, adult matters; lack of knowledge and experience forces them to think differently” my work with children has always been based on respect, understanding and full support of the child’s needs. Hours of very serious conversations with children have taught me more than numbers of books – you just have to be willing to listen and understand. I am a psychologist by training. I graduated in this field in 2016 from Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw, continued my education until 2019 at tree postgraduate courses. Constantly expanding my knowledge and gaining new experiences is a very important part of my life. I have been working with children since 2016, working first in a primary school and since August 2019 in our KIDS&Co. kindergarten as a Polish-speaking teacher in the oldest group, Polish-speaking coordinator and deputy director. My priority is to create a respectful, accepting, supportive, safe and comprehensively stimulating place for children’s development. In my free time, I like spending time outdoors, being surrounded by nature, growing plants in my garden, and walking in the woods or meadows. I also love animals, especially dogs.
Iwona
Being a history teacher by education, I have a lot of empathy and patience to children. I am a teacher by passion and vocation. In my life I am guided by a motto once uttered by a wise Chinese philosopher Confucius: “Choose a job you love and you won’t have to work a single day in your life”. I’ve found my place in nursery with the youngest kids, where I’ve been working for the last few years. At home, I am a bookworm and a music lover. Originally from Siedlce, I spent my childhood in Podlasie among the fields and forests along the Bug River, which makes me love and appreciate the beauty of nature. I like flowers, Korean series, Polish folklore and Italian cuisine.
Yessica
For me, working with children brings me back to childhood moments. The ability to play with dolls, cars, or balls with them, or to color and sing, among other things, brings me joy. I come from a country in the north of South America, called Venezuela, from a mountain region with beautiful forests and changeable climate. I like to dance contemporary dance and listen to music. It is very important to me that I get to learn how to share, forgive, love and above all, play together.

I am a Polish citizen who moved to the United States at the age of nine. Not knowing English, I was thrown into the deep end and went to an American elementary school. Having no contact with the Polish language at school, I learned English by talking to and playing with my peers. It was a very effective way of learning because after half a year, I spoke good English. After graduating from high school in the United States and studying in English in Spain, I want to share my experience and method of learning a foreign language through immersion – which in my opinion is the best way to learn a foreign language. Working with children brings me joy and satisfaction, which is why I joined the KIDS&Co. team!

I find great joy and satisfaction in working with the youngest children. What fascinates me about children is their spontaneity and sincerity. Watching children overcome new difficulties and develop confirms my conviction that my work makes sense, and every smile on their faces is a great reward for me and constantly motivates me to surprise them with new ideas. I do my best to ensure that the classes I run are interesting and creative and support the all-round development of the child. In my work, it is also very important to create an atmosphere of safety and trust. I want every child to feel accepted and appreciated, so that they can explore the world around them with natural curiosity and joy. My passion is travelling and learning about other cultures.

I am currently a student in Early Childhood and Pre-school Education. It has always been my dream to have a job that is fun and rewarding. Watching children learn, explore and discover the world, acquiring new skills every day only reinforces my conviction that I have chosen the right career path. I strive to make every child feel safe and happy with me.

I’m an enthusiastic teacher eager to experience working with kids.In my free time I like to do painting, Gardening, photography, I love to travel. I think that good teacher must be patient, organised and creative and design fun activities with kids. I’m confident I have these skills and will surely help children to develop key skills in preschool and nursery.

I’m a professional CELTA certified English teacher. I’ve been working with students of different ages and levels for more than 10 years. However, I find work with kids the most rewarding due to their sincerity, pure emotions and opportunity to pick up language quickly. Work with the youngest kids constantly remind me of many life lessons, such as enjoying life’s simple pleasures, that it’s good to be curious and take risks, to have fun and be different, and to not worry about what others think. In my free time I adore visiting new places, learn about new countries, traditions and local cuisine. Thanks to my job and passion for traveling, I’ve done round-the-world trip.
Marta
I am currently finishing my master’s studies in the field of pre-school and early school education. Before children learn to speak any language, they already have their own language: gestures, emotions, looks. I think our task is therefore not only to teach children several languages, but also to make the best use of their non-verbal speech to respond to the articulated and unspoken needs. This awareness allows me to feel comfortable in contact with young children of different nationalities, at different stages of their development. I try to approach children individually, regardless of whether they form a group or not. At the same time, I am looking for the best possible ways to integrate a group of children, taking into account the unique nature of each of them, so that together we can create the best possible platform for communication and action. I would like this approach to result in a sense of trust, security, and comfort, but also awareness of potential threats, thanks to which children will be more willing to explore the world and move around it more confidently. I am particularly interested in topics from broadly understood psychology/personal development, which additionally supports me at work with children.
