New Service at KIDS&Co. – Kidly Academy!

We are delighted to announce that KIDS&Co., in collaboration with Levitate, is expanding its support services for our children and their families. As part of this partnership, we have launched Kidly Academy – a place where children, adolescents, and adults can receive professional psychological, educational, and therapeutic support.

What do we offer at Kidly Academy?

In response to the needs of our children and their families, we have prepared a variety of activities that support children’s development at different stages of life:

• Smykomultisensoryka – classes that help develop the senses of infants as early as 6 months old. It’s a great opportunity to support the sensory development of the youngest children in a safe and stimulating environment.
• Art Therapy – creative workshops that help children express their emotions in an artistic way. Through art therapy, children learn to better understand and manage their emotions, which is crucial for their healthy development.
• SST (Social Skills Training) – classes that teach children communication, cooperation, and relationship-building skills. This is an important element of support in developing social skills that will be invaluable in later stages of life.
• Hyperactivity Therapy Program – sessions where children practice mindfulness and learn ways to manage hyperactivity. Participants also learn to follow rules and express emotions in a constructive and socially acceptable manner.
• Applied Drama – sessions focused on developing four areas in children: psychomotor, cognitive, emotional, and social skills. These sessions teach resilience, self-confidence, and social skills.
• Mental Resilience Workshops – intensive and short-term. They include psychoeducation, discussions, and group work. Participants learn agency, resilience to failure, and better handling of criticism. They become more adept at coping with stressful situations.
• Assertiveness Workshops – intensive and short-term. They involve psychoeducation, discussions, and group work, where various techniques for building self-confidence are discussed, along with methods for effective communication and relationship-building.
• Solution-Focused Therapy – group therapy for youth. It aims to alleviate stress by finding solutions that help them feel better. The approach is focused on creating change by activating personal resources.
• Emotional Self-Regulation – group therapy for youth. It teaches balancing and regulating one’s arousal and managing behavior. Participants learn how to deal with stressful situations in a constructive and healthy way.

Bilingual Support in a Friendly Environment

Classes at Kidly Academy are conducted in both Polish and English, allowing children to develop skills in a friendly, bilingual environment. This provides children with the opportunity not only to work on their emotions and social skills but also to develop their language abilities.
