The registration for our kindergartens and nurseries is open all year round. The new preschool year starts in September and therefore most parents contact us between May and October. During that period our groups fill up very fast, so we suggest you think about registering your child in a selected facility well in advance.
You will find up-to-date information on available vacancies on the subpage of the selected kindergarten.
Even if there is information about a temporary shortage of vacancies, please contact the headmaster of the facility. In some cities we can offer alternative localizations. We also suggest putting your name on the waiting list – as soon as there’s a vacancy, you will be first to receive this information.
We recommend visiting our website and subscribing to our newsletter, so that you don’t miss any information on new facilities we plan to open in a given city.
Step 1: Filling in the Registration Form. We kindly ask all parents who want to register their children in KIDS&Co. kindergartens or nurseries to contact us by filling in this Registration Form
Step 2: Phone Call. We will contact you on the closest working day to answer all your questions and discuss the next stages of the registration process.
Step 3: Visiting the Kindergarten. We highly recommend participating in Open Days organized by every kindergarten at least once a month. On these days, parents can learn how our facilities function and talk to our staff. In the meantime, their children take part in exemplary thematic classes. For your convenience, we usually organize our Open Days on Saturdays. The current meeting dates can be found here. You can also arrange an individual meeting, however, it will be difficult to observe the classes. Visiting the selected kindergarten is very often the stage at which parents read documentation and register their child.
Step 4: Signing the Agreement. In order to complete your child’s registration, you have to sign the Services Agreement and fill in the Preschooler Card, the Nutrition Card and the Pick-Up Authorization Forms. This usually takes takes a dozen or so minutes. All documents are already in the facility waiting to be signed and parents are not required to prepare them beforehand. Don’t forget to take your identity card with you!
Step 5: Adaptive Days. The kindergarten can take care of the child immediately after the agreement has been signed and start their adaptive days on the same day.
The entire process of registering your child in a KIDS&Co. facility can take, in an extreme case, up to one day. However, parents usually give themselves more time to, for example, participate in Open Days.
The only criterium is the number of vacancies in a given kindergarten or nursery and the order in which registration forms have been received.
KIDS&Co. kindergartens and nurseries are non-public facilities, which aren’t required to offer special education. However, we consider each case individually and therefore we recommend contacting the headmaster. Together we can assess whether we will be able to provide your child with the highest quality specialised care.
