Paulina Galicka-Wnętkowska — Headmaster

I hold a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from the Pedagogical University of Cracow, specialising in Early School and Preschool. I also have a Diploma in Counselling for Children and Adolescents, a Diploma in Child Nutrition, a Certificate in Personal Nutrition, and a Certificate in Autism Awareness. Additionally, I hold a Diploma in Educational Psychology. With almost 20 years of experience in the childcare sector, as a principal, I am dedicated to designing an environment that fosters children's creative thinking. My focus is on creating a unique space for children and their parents, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable. Building confidence involves having a team that combines professional competence with passion, drawing on accumulated experience and well-prepared knowledge. I completed General and Clinical Speech Therapy at the College of Health Sciences in Bydgoszcz. Currently, I am pursuing a specialisation in Neurospeech therapy at the University of Health Sciences in Warsaw. The development of a child as a human being has always fascinated me, and I have honed my expertise over nearly two decades while working with children, particularly during my time at the Pedagogical University of Krakow, specialising in Early School and Preschool. In order to deepen my understanding of child development and offer reliable support for staff and parents, I completed General and Clinical Speech Therapy at the College of Health Sciences in Bydgoszcz. I am also currently pursuing a specialisation in Neurospeech therapy at the University of Health Sciences in Warsaw. Furthermore, I have managed a nursery and kindergarten in Ireland, where I created an environment brimming with positive energy for children and parents. This experience allowed me personal growth in the fields of child education and staff management. On a personal note, I am a mother to Milla, aged 10, and Maciek, aged 12.
