About the facility
The kindergarten was built in 2015 and opened 1 September 2015.
Together with fulfilling the core curriculum we realise a proprietary English language teaching programme.
We apply the method of immersing children in the language. Each group has two teacher – Polish speaking and English speaking, so that the children have a constant contact with the foreign language. The language immersion guarantees the children’s natural bilingualism. We work on the basis of Leo English Method using custom designed educational materials.
We participate in an international cooperation programme. Through presenting the multiculturalism we try to show the diversity of the world around us.
We realise a social and emotional intelligence development programme that supports children in their pursue of self-reliance and also in acquiring personal skills and shaping competence. Moreover, we have specialised lessons such as speech or pedagogical therapy. Many different workshops for children and parents are organised – themed meetings with various specialists, kinaesthetic and plastic animations, sports competition, artistic meetings, commemorative meetings
The kindergarten’s interior is designed especially for the youngest. Colours of the rooms are adjusted to the age of the children. The windows at the height of children’s eyes provide a sense of safety and allow to observe the changes in nature. Plentiful of theme corners, containers, drawers boost pupils’ creativity during free themed activities, but also teach organising their own reality and a sense of aesthetics.
The kindergarten and nursery shape healthy eating habits.

Sylwia Deluga — Headmaster
I am a graduate of master’s degree studies in Elementary Education, Early School, and Preschool Pedagogy, and I also have postgraduate education in the field of Pedagogical Therapy and Educational Management, which allows me to act as an education manager effectively. My professional experience working with children began in 2015 in cooperation with KIDS&Co., where I was an educator for four years. In 2019, after leading a group of children to school, I was entrusted with the position of director in our kindergarten, where I still care for the harmonious development of children and the quality of the educational offer with passion and commitment. Privately, I am interested in psychology, literature, and traveling, which allows me to discover various cultures and perspectives. I am also a sports enthusiast.
Ewelina
I am a graduate of master’s studies in preschool and early school pedagogy. Your adventure with the KIDS&Co. kindergarten. I started in Ostrów Mazowiecka in 2021. I like working with children. It gives me a lot of joy and gives me a sense of satisfaction. In my free time, I spend time drawing, painting, and creating various types of creative decorations. I like to use my interests in working with children. Creating artistic and technical works gives us a lot of joy and develops our creative skills.

My name is Anna. I graduated in pedagogy in Warsaw, where I gained qualifications to work with children of early school and preschool age. I really like working with children. I have been working at KIDS&Co. as an English teacher for a year. I like spending time with my family, traveling, gardening, and good books.
Angelika
I am a student of early childhood education, additionally, I completed a course on nursery caretaking. I have five years of experience working with children including two years in KIDS&Co. Each day I start with a smile and positive energy, which I try to pass to children through creative activities. In my free time, I love spending time with my relatives and reading books.
Ilona
I graduated from the Department of Modern Language Studies, University of Warsaw in the field of philology with a major in teaching English and Teacher-Training College with a major in English. I have almost nine years of experience working with children, including more than seven years in KIDS&Co. kindergarten in Ostrów Mazowiecka. In my free time, I like to travel and spend time with my family and friends. I am interested in sports and music.
Natalia
I have a master’s degree in preschool and early school education. Since 2019, I have been passionately working with children, supporting their development and exploration of the world. In my personal life, I value active recreation and good music, which give me energy and fresh ideas that I gladly bring to my work.
Julia
I have completed a course for a nursery caregiver. I am in my first year of studies in the field of early childhood and preschool pedagogy. I have always loved children and I want to connect my future with teaching. In my free time, I love traveling and reading books.
Martyna
I returned to Poland from the United States half a year ago. I graduated from high school there and passed the American Matura exam. Then I studied biology and psychology at the College of Staten Island in New York. I am currently on a Master’s degree in educational pedagogy with pedagogical therapy. My interests include child development psychology, working with children gives me a lot of joy and satisfaction.
Emilia
I graduated from the Faculty of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw, majoring in English philology, specializing in translation. I also completed the Qualifying Pedagogical Course. I have over ten years of experience working with children. I started my work in KIDS&Co. in 2016. In my free time, I like to read books and look after my home garden. I believe that contact with nature gives great satisfaction and tranquility.
Paulina
I graduated from higher educational studies in the field of early school education integrated with early childhood education and logopedics. I have worked in KIDS&Co. in Ostrów Mazowiecka since 2018. I really enjoy working with children. Imparting knowledge to my students and participating in their growth gives me joy and great satisfaction. I am interested in child developmental psychology, music, and sports.

I am a student of preschool and early childhood pedagogy. Working with children is not only a profession for me but above all a passion that brings me joy. Daily challenges and children’s smiles motivate me to develop and look for new methods of working with the youngest. I value the time spent with my family and friends, which allows me to gain new energy.

I graduated from protective and educational pedagogy with pedagogical therapy. In KIDS&Co. for the first time I work in my profession, where I am a caretaker in a nursery group. While working with children in the nursery I use knowledge and experience which I gained raising two own children. I spend my free time with family and friends. I like watching movies and working in the garden.

I have been working in a nursery group since September 2024. I have a higher education and I have completed a course in nursery caregiving. I am a responsible and organized person. Working with children gives me a lot of smiles and satisfaction. I like to spend my free time with my loved ones.
