We want you to experience the highest quality of care and education we offer at KIDS&Co. kindergartens. During your child’s first month of settling in, you’ll pay just 1 PLN. The contract must begin no later than the end of March 2025.

About the facility
Giant Office is an office building located on one of the most important shopping and service streets in the very centre of Poznań at the corner of Głogowska and Górka St.The convenient location means that both access by car and public transport will not cause any problems. The magnificent building, referring in its architectural style to New York urban spaces, combines many features that enhance its uniqueness. The building is surrounded by greenery and perfectly fits into the existing landscape, and is the perfect place to relax after picking up your child from kindergarten or nursery.
KIDS&Co. kindergarten and nursery will be located in an area of about 420 m², in four rooms — one for the nursery and three for kindergarten, each with its own bathroom with direct access from the room. Children will have at their disposal a beautiful playground with an area of 200 m² located in the area adjacent to the office building.
Stroller room on level -2; access to the stroller room by elevators located at the entrance to the kindergarten. There are 3 permanent above-ground parking spaces for parents near the kindergarten entrance. There are also municipal, free parking spaces near the office building, from the side of Gorka St.

Joanna Czajka — Headmaster
My passion is self-development, education, psychology and coaching. As a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and Business, I love sharing my knowledge with children and adults. I have been building and leading teams for many years. Human development is shaped from birth, which is why I decided to work in a place where we have a positive impact on the future of the little ones. I want to create conditions for active development, building self-confidence, perceiving the world in positive colors, mutual trust and security.
Marta
My name is Marta. I graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań with a degree in Pedagogy, specializing in Preschool Education and Primary Education, as well as Psycho Pedagogical counseling. I continue to develop as a teacher through continuous work on my qualifications and I am currently studying speech therapy. I am especially interested in education through art, which I pursue through everyday artistic and musical activities. Moreover, I want to create a safe space for children, where there will be time for creative play and unrestricted communication.
Jagoda
My name is Jagoda. I graduated from the University of Adam Misiewicz in Poznań — Pedagogy with a specialization in Sociotherapy and Health Promotion. I am a Polish-speaking teacher who values building creativity and independent action through artistic activities. What I like most about my job is the interesting conversations with the children I teach — I truly love their honesty and curiosity. My goal is to make children feel that kindergarten is a place where they can feel at home.

Hello! My name is Mike. I am an American native speaker and I have been living and working in Poland for the last 15 years. Teaching children is my true calling in life and I make kids feel safe and comfortable.
Pedro
My name is Pedro, and the joy, naturalness and curiosity about the world that children have within them is the driving force behind my work at KIDS&Co. Every day I enjoy watching children discover, learn and grow. Moreover, my love for children is combined with a wide range of interests, such as photography, guitar, cooking, cinema, theater and music. Having studied music, graduated from theater and film acting school, photography and culinary school, and taught guitar for many years in Spain, my knowledge in these areas translates into a creative and exciting approach to engaging children in the learning process. I am committed to fostering children's curiosity and love of learning from an early age.
Adrianna
My name is Ada and I graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University with a Master’s degree in Elementary Education with English and Care and Educational Pedagogy and Family Work. I am currently an English-speaking teacher at KIDS&Co. and I am also the vice director. In my work, I focus on supporting the comprehensive development of children, and my greatest joy is observing their language progress.
Zuzanna
My name is Zuzanna. I am in my fourth year of psychology. Psychology and children have always been my passion. I am a Polish-speaking teacher. In my work, I emphasize psychoeducation.
Zuzanna
I am Zuzia. I graduated from pedagogical studies with a specialization in sociotherapy and health promotion as well as counseling and psychopedagogical assistance at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. In my work with children, I value closeness, creating a safe space and an individual approach to each of my charges. Watching how amazingly children develop gives me great joy and makes me want to continue developing and improving my qualifications. For part of my life I was associated with music, so in addition to learning and having fun, I weave a lot of singing and dancing into my daily activities, which creates a friendly atmosphere in the room.
Kinga
I am Kinga. I have completed my first degree studies in the specialization of care and educational pedagogy and I am continuing my master’s studies in counseling and psychopedagogical assistance. I like to read books and travel every day. I have always liked working with children, which is why I am developing in this area. I take great joy in accompanying the development of these little darlings. As a caring person and sensitive to the needs of others, I find fulfillment in this place where I am.
Anna
My name is Ania and I am currently in my final year of clinical psychology after obtaining my bachelor’s degree. I gained my experience in working with children during internships in kindergartens, schools, clinics, and I also conducted support classes for children with developmental difficulties, mental training for young athletes and many others. I am a creative and energetic person, and working with children gives me a lot of satisfaction.

I am an English teacher propel by my relentless passion for children and my aspiration is to make a positive impact with strong commitment to creating engaging, play-based activities and personalised attention that fosters love for learning environment and supports children’s security, growth and development.
