We want you to experience the highest quality of care and education we offer at KIDS&Co. kindergartens. During your child’s first month of settling in, you’ll pay just 1 PLN. The contract must begin no later than the end of March 2025.

About the facility
A spacious facility with 6 beautiful rooms: 2 for nurseries and 4 for kindergartens. A beautiful, fenced playground is located right next to the main entrance to the facility. For parents driving their children, there are two rotating Kiss & Ride spaces in the underground car park of the building. Directly at the entrance to the facility, there is a stroller room.
Nowy Rynek is a unique location, beautifully developed both in terms of architecture and nature, with lots of greenery, trees and places to relax. 800 meters from the Old Brewery, two minutes by car to the Main Railway Station, and a few meters walk from the Fair. It is a place with a city around the corner. The Market Square is a place where the paths of all residents cross. A space that serves everyone equally, although everyone in a different way. Surrounded by parks on one side and the historical buildings of Wilda on the other. Located at the intersection of the most important communication lines in the heart of the most dynamically developing part of the city.

Dominika Klawunn — Headmaster
I am a graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where I completed studies in Early Childhood Education with English Language, and Early Childhood Development Support. I have experience as a teacher, English instructor and deputy director. In my work, I focus on the holistic development of children, particularly in the social-emotional area, following the principles of Positive Discipline and Nonviolent Communication. My goal is to create a friendly and nurturing environment for the entire KIDS&Co. community.
Karolina Stanisławska — Deputy Headmaster
I graduated with a degree in pedagogy in Elementary Education and English at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. In my work with children, I try to create an atmosphere of mutual respect and freedom to be themselves. In children I nurture curiosity and a desire to learn about the world. With an individual approach to each ward, I give space for self-expression — whether through inquisitive questions, artistic or motor expression. A child's potential is unlimited, and I try to help them find their own way.
Maria
My name is Marysia. I am finishing my master's degree in Preschool and Early School Pedagogy at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. From my earliest years I dreamed of becoming a teacher, which is why I passionately pursue my calling. I believe that every toddler has a unique potential that I can discover and develop. Their curiosity about the world, sincere emotions and smiles on their faces make every day spent in kindergarten special and inspiring for me. Working with children is not only teaching, but also the opportunity to be part of their wonderful adventure in learning about the world.
Sylwia
My name is Sylwia. I am an English teacher in KIDS&Co. I graduated from English Philology at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. English language and teaching children are my passion. I spent several years in English-speaking countries, and I have many years of experience working with children in kindergartens, as well as in schools. Privately, I am a mum of four children, and I enjoy spending every free moment with them. I am interested in intentional bilingualism, and I like traveling and reading books.
Marlena
My name is Marlena, and I am a Polish-speaking teacher at KIDS&Co. Preschool. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with English and a Master's degree in Psychological and Pedagogical Counseling from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. My professional experience includes working in various educational institutions, both in Poland and abroad. In these settings, I have had the opportunity to work with children in different educational contexts, which has allowed me to develop the skills necessary to adapt my teaching methods to the individual needs of each child. At KIDS&Co., I strive to inspire children to explore the world and develop their talents, while also focusing on their emotional and social well-being. In my work with children, I place particular emphasis on their emotional and social development. I believe that preschool is the beginning of social life and should take place in an atmosphere of understanding and support. For this reason, I aim to create an environment where every child feels accepted and safe.
Hasan
I have a comprehensive education and experience in teaching English. I have completed studies related to teaching English as a second language and has additionally deepened his knowledge of English literature and culture. I participated in the Erasmus exchange program, which gave me valuable experience working in various educational institutions in Poland and Turkey. I also have experience working with children and young people of different ages. I speak Polish at A2 level, which makes it easier to communicate with both children and parents.

My name is Marika. I graduated from English Philology at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and completed the Pedagogical Course for English Teachers. I work at KIDS&Co. as an English-speaking teacher. I am an empathetic and patient person. Working with children gives me great joy, and the opportunity to teach them new things every day brings me great satisfaction. I am fascinated by children's desire to explore the world, which is why I would like to help them discover it every day.
Gabriela
I am a graduate of the Prince Mieszko I Academy of Applied Sciences, majoring in Pedagogy of Care and Education with Therapy, I also completed Postgraduate Studies in Sensory Integration. I started working with children immediately after graduating from high school, at the beginning I worked as a nanny in the meantime I was gaining my profession as a child caregiver in post-secondary school, after finishing it I started working in a nursery. I love watching the little ones grow into preschoolers, learning new things and getting to know the world.
Angelika
I am a special teacher by profession, I am in the midst of postgraduate studies in education and rehabilitation of people with autism spectrum disorders, and in my free time I further my education by participating in webinars and trainings. In my daily work, I am committed to building an atmosphere of trust and respect, where mistakes are seen as a natural part of learning, not a reason to be ashamed. Children need adults who show them that it's worth trying, believing in themselves and taking on challenges, even if they involve difficulties. At the same time, I believe that the key to joint success is cooperation - not only with the children, but also with their parents and guardians. Together, we can create the foundations on which children will build their future, full of confidence in their abilities and self-esteem.
Wiktoria
Working with children is my passion. For the last 4 years I have been gaining experience working as a childminder in nurseries and toddler clubs. I am a qualified childminder for children up to three years old. I am currently educating myself through various courses on working with children on the autism spectrum.
Martyna
My name is Martyna. I work at KIDS&Co. I graduated from the Post-Secondary School in the profession of a Babysitter. I previously worked with children of nursery age from 1 to 3 years old. I am a 3rd year student of part-time studies in Preschool and Early School Pedagogy at the Wielkopolska University of Social and Economics in Środa Wielkopolska. When working with children, I love watching them develop their skills in small steps. I focused on close emotional contact with children. Their safety is the most important thing to me. I have a lot of empathy and patience.
Lela
My name is Lela. I am a graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, where I studied at the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism. In addition, I have completed a course in Nursery Caregiving. I am currently continuing my studies with a master's degree in research and Cognitive Science. In my role as a kindergarten teacher, I focus on creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports the early development of children. My goal is to build a classroom atmosphere based on mutual respect and kindness, where children are encouraged to explore, play, and grow at their own pace. I strive to ensure that every child feels safe and confident, laying a strong foundation for their future learning journey.

My name is Dominika and I am a fifth-year master's student in psychology, specializing in clinical psychology of children and adults. I also completed a course for caring for children up to three years old. At Kids&Co, I combine the acquired theoretical knowledge with practice with passion and commitment, working as an English-speaking teacher. In my daily work, I pay special attention to creating a safe and friendly environment in which each child feels accepted and understood. I believe that such conditions are necessary for their healthy development. I am glad that I can accompany your children in their first, very important years of life, supporting them not only in learning English, but also in discovering the world, developing their passions and building self-confidence.

Spanish teacher. Born in Murcia, Spain, is a professional specialized in stage direction and theater pedagogy, with training from the prestigious ESAD school. His experience in various companies focuses on teaching theater and values to children, promoting their creativity and personal development.
