About the facility
In September we have opened kindergarten and nursery in Poznań. This is a space for approximately a hundred children. The admissions are open for three kindergarten groups and one nursery group. Feel free to contact us.
A modern educational facility aiming at a child’s development in a broad sense. We strongly emphasise an individual approach in working with kids (key person – key groups method) and provide good education to children from 12 months of age until they go to school. We use innovative methods when working with the kids, especially taking their needs and potential into consideration. We teach bilingually applying language immersion method.
We employ qualified pre-school education teachers, English teachers, native speakers, specialists and extra-curricular activities instructors. Our employees are warm and friendly people who fulfil themselves at work. The kindergarten has a beautiful, well-equipped playground. Our catering realises healthy eating standards by serving children healthy and tasteful meals based on a macrobiotic diet principles.
KIDS&Co. kindergarten and nursery is attractively equipped and modern. The rooms are very well lightened spacious and interestingly coloured. The children’s rooms have beautiful attested furniture. A considerable advantage of this location is a large and well-equipped playground directly adjacent to the building and plenty of safe.

Agnieszka Lutek — Headmaster
I have several years of experience working with children as a teacher and as the director of a facility. My strong theoretical background includes completed studies in pedagogy, preschool and early school pedagogy, and education management. In my work, I ensure a safe environment that supports the comprehensive development of children in cognitive, physical, and social-emotional areas. Treating each child individually and recognizing their unique needs and talents is very important to me. I am a strong advocate of non-violent communication and systems that build a child's internal motivation. I believe my education and practical experience will translate into high standards of child care and create a supportive environment for effective teaching staff collaboration.
Ula
My name is Ula. I am a graduate of pedagogy with majors in Elementary Education and English, as well as Media Education and Information Technology. I love to observe the development and progress of children. As an English teacher, I am particularly interested in the process of learning English in preschoolers. My goal is to create a friendly and safe atmosphere in the kindergarten where children can learn through play.

My name is Aliaksandra. I graduated with a master's degree from ANSM — majoring in Pre-school and Early Childhood Pedagogy. I am still striving to acquire a vast amount of reliable knowledge that will allow me to become the best possible educator. I am a proponent of alternative methods. I believe that a child should learn about the world through their own experiences and using all their senses. What I love about my work is that every day shared with children is an adventure, full of discovery and novelty. The choice of my profession, was not accidental. Today I can confidently say that the work of an educator, is my passion!

My name is Ilona. I am a graduate of the Adam Mickiewicz University. She graduated with a master's degree in English Philology and Classical Philology. In my work I value the opportunity to create a bond with children and the opportunity to observe their development. It is very important to me that children feel respected and understood.
Kinga
My name is Kinga. I am a graduate of the master's degree in midwifery at the Medical University in Poznan. On a daily basis I am a Polish-speaking teacher in the youngest nursery group. It is important for me to have an individual approach and respect the needs of children. My goal is to create a friendly atmosphere that allows children to develop.
Lydia
My name is Lydia. I completed my degree in Early Childhood Education in Uganda. I have taught both children and adults, however working with young children brings me more joy and satisfaction. As an English teacher I love observing continuous development of the children and support them in learning English through different activities. My goal is to create an atmosphere for the kids to learn, grow, realize potential and have fun.

My name is Alicja. I graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, with a Master's degree in Pre-school and Early Childhood Pedagogy. I have always been fascinated by working with the youngest, especially in the context of their first steps in education. I make every effort to ensure that every child feels supported in their educational journey. I believe that the best form of learning is through play, which allows little ones to discover the world at their own pace. Every day spent with children is a new challenge and adventure for me, which gives me great satisfaction.

My name is Julia. I am a graduate of the master's degree in midwifery at the Medical University in Poznan. I work as a Polish language caregiver. Ever since I remember my dream was to work with children. I love to observe their daily development. At work, the most important thing for me is to provide toddlers with a sense of security and respect. I want them to explore the world through playing, which gives them the greatest pleasure.
Dagmara
My name is Dagmara and I am an English-speaking teacher. I graduated in English Philology and also Care and Educational Pedagogy and Family Work at the University of Poznań. In my work with children, I would like to focus on finding and nurturing the strengths of each child. What I value most in our children is their spontaneity and ability to enjoy the smallest things. It is essential to me that each child feels comfortable, safe and equally important in the group.

My name is Izabella. I am a graduated pedagogical studies at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań. I am constantly developing my knowledge by actively participating in training and webinars. What I love about working with children is that I can watch them grow and develop every day. My name is Sylwia. I completed a master's degree in preschool and early school pedagogy at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. I chose the profession of a kindergarten teacher because I believe that the early years of life are crucial for the development of every individual. It is in kindergarten that children learn their first social skills, develop their creativity, and acquire the foundational knowledge that will accompany them throughout their lives.
