About the facility
The KIDS&Co. kindergarten ensures not only the professional realization of the Ministry of Education’s plan, English-speaking education which shapes children’s natural bilingualism and an original programme developing social skills and emotional intelligence. It also offers a warm and family atmosphere, thanks to which children come here with enthusiasm and explore the world feeling safe and accepted.
The kindergarten staff – “aunts” and “uncles” – is a team of young, sensitive and creative teachers who constantly improve their qualifications. Together we take care of the comprehensive development of children, taking into account their individual needs and capabilities. Groups consist of up to 25 children. Each group is supervised by a Polish-speaking and English-speaking teacher, who communicates with children only in English.
The kindergarten’s day schedule is designed to maintain a balance between free play, outdoor play (arranged almost in any weather) and classes. Throughout the day, children have constant contact with both Polish and English, which helps them develop natural language skills, at the level of a native speaker.
Colours and details used in the interiors of our kindergarten are carefully selected so that they correspond with the age of children, stimulate their creativity and help in realizing all didactic, educational and caring tasks in a given age group. They are not only aesthetic, made of the highest quality materials but also designed to help children concentrate during classes. Our kindergarten is also equipped with modern teaching equipment, including a multimedia whiteboard, which teachers use during classes and free time (film screenings, dancing classes).
In our kindergartens we put special emphasis on high quality food. Our daily menu is based on local, unprocessed products, mainly groats, seasonal fruits and vegetables, fish and healthy fats. Incorporating elements of macrobiotics allows us to strengthen children’s immune system and provide them with energy every day. Everyone knows that self-prepared food tastes much better. We encourage children to participate in preparing and decorating sandwiches for breakfast and afternoon snacks.

Kamila Biniewicz — Headmaster
A graduate of the University of Warsaw. I graduated in pedagogy and philology. I have several years of experience working with preschool children. My career at KIDS&Co. I started as an English speaking coordinator. I believe that I am an honest, open person who likes to take on challenges. I love working with children because I can observe the beauty of their development from an early age.
Anna
My name is Anna. I am a Polish language teacher. I am a graduate of pedagogical studies and a contract teacher. I have been working as a teacher for 5 years. I like to acquire new skills and knowledge during trainings and workshops, which I later use in my work with children. Privately, I like to spend my time actively.
Magda
My name is Magda. I am a graduate of Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University and Warsaw University. I graduated from pedagogical studies with a specialization in pre-school and early childhood education. I have 8 years of experience working with children in a language and music kindergarten. I have been a tutor in every age group of children, from 2-year-olds to 5-year-olds and kindergarten. I am a very patient person. My priority is to make the children feel important, safe and appreciated in the kindergarten.
Anisa
My name is Anisa, but you can call me Wawa. I am from Indonesia, a sprawling archipelago of diverse cultures and stunning landscapes, captivates with its rich heritage and natural beauty. I am a passionate, creative, and dedicated English teacher with a strong commitment to nurturing young minds. With seven years of experience as an English teacher, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing countless young minds bloom. Guided by my fervor for language and understanding of early childhood development, I strive to create a dynamic and imaginative learning environment where every child's unique strengths are celebrated. I thrive in creating vibrant and enriching classroom environments filled with creative activities, where little ones can explore, learn, and have fun. When I’m not teaching, you can often find me enjoying my hobbies, which include watching movies, singing, and dancing. I’m excited to embark on this educational journey with your children, nurturing their curiosity and helping them flourish in every way possible.

Committed to continuous learning and professional development, I’m poised to embrace challenges and make meaningful contributions to the field of international relations. I have experience with teaching and introducing Spanish world to the young learners.

I was born and raised in the Philippines. I completed an international TEFL course (Teaching English as a Foreign Language). Somewhere along the way, I discovered that working with kids is my passion. I am enthusiastic about creating a nurturing environment for children to grow, learn, and unleash their creativity thrive! In my free time, I enjoy playing volleyball and cycling.
Monika
My name is Monika. I am a Polish-speaking teacher. I graduated from pedagogical studies with a specialization in preschool and early school pedagogy at the Maria Grzegorzewska Academy of Special Education in Warsaw. Ever since I can remember, I have loved passing on my knowledge and sharing my experiences. I care about providing children with a positive atmosphere and a safe space for comprehensive development and play. I value openness, cooperation and honesty. In my private life, I like traveling to new places.
Pelinsu
My name is Pelinsu, but you can call me Pela. I am originally from Turkey and pursued my studies in psychology at SWPS University in Warsaw. I am now nearing the completion of my master's degree in clinical psychology. With experience as an English teacher in kindergarten, I have a passion for creating warm and engaging environments where children can grow and thrive. Outside of my professional endeavors, I enjoy engaging in sports like tennis and skiing, which help me maintain a balanced and active lifestyle.
