Relationships with peers are a vital part of the child’s socialisation process; this allows them to understand the norms and values in the group and society. The ability to give way to others to share toys is a fundamental skill that positively influences the child’s emotional development. Positive relationships with peers and first friendships allow the child to build bonds, learn clear and fluent communication and express their needs and wants. A child who often talks and plays with others is more open in expressing their feelings and is also less resistant to connect with other people. Interpersonal skills such as negotiating, acknowledging, and resolving conflicts are special skills for adulthood.
We invite all of you to an individual meeting with the headteacher. This will be a great opportunity to find out about our educational offer, ask questions, and visit the kindergarten. You can book one visit for a given day.
